– Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge
– No Show: No refund will be provided
– Rescheduling: Kindly contact us at least 24 hours before the tour

– Pick-Up Area: Free pick-up and drop-off within Ubud area. Additional fee applies outside designated zone
